6. Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

6.2 Returns are governed strictly by our Return & Exchange Policy.
6.3 Products are eligible for return only within 48 hours of delivery, and only if:
(a) The item is defective or damaged;
(b) The item is missing;
(c) An incorrect item has been delivered.
6.4 A complete unboxing video is mandatory for all claims, including those related to
quality or size concerns.
6.5 Returns will not be accepted under any other circumstances.
6.6 Nuanza does not provide refunds. Approved claims shall be resolved through
replacement only.
